What is Guahan Grill?

Guahan Grill is a growing, family run operation going on 5 years. With a love for his culture and its food, owner Carlsky Quichocho set out to share his passion and roots with fellow patrons. Supporting his vision, parents Carlos and Shirley Quichocho, along with co-owner and brother Carlos JR, sister Shirlene with Jeremy Cruz and the newest addition to the family, Stacy Nunley have been incredible encouragers through the restaurants journey thus far. Providing its customers with authentic Chamorro dishes along with some new innovative creations, Guahan Grill showcases big flavors and smiling faces. With an inviting family feel we strive to provide the best customer service and laid back atmosphere playing island tunes, setting the tone of a Guam lifestyle.

My Family

Within the island of Guam, the belief is family, and within my Guahan family I have my staff. The team is made up of family members and close friends. Many of our team members are from the island of Guam but those who are not have spent time with us and value the same things in life. My family has been my support base and I believe they are essential for my company’s growth. We at Guahan Grill believe, "Its not just the food, its the lifestyle".
